If you are talking about putting an ss bumper cover on a non-ss vehicle it can be done, but other parts should also be replaced. I haven't done it so hopefully someone that has will reply.
I do know there will be a gap below the grille as the ss grille extends lower. Also I think the foam impact absorber under the cover is different. The black plastic on the bottom too. If the part you ordered is new, it will need the fog lights and bumper grilles too.

Yes more then just the cover will be needed. The inter foam support is diffrent . The grill will have a gap a bottom. Fog light will be needed or fillers. flat plastic pice that bolts to bottom of bumper. new lower grill with both right and left fog light support inserts. you might beable to use the foam support with modes to it on the bumper. all can be had for a good price if you shop around.
mine got hit last year and i had the shop use a ss cover i think he charged me 300.00 for the diffrents in parts. but i did the grills my self. Also the lic plate brk is diffrent if you need a front plate holder.

Not the best picture, but it shows the SS bumper foam laying on the ground. Don't know if this will help you or not.

Well. It's a little bit more than a kit.

I see RF2 has 2 side SS emblems there. I guess he's gonna make some kind of a clone or something.

You will need the running lights, electric adapters( pig tails are different for running lights) a heat gun, all the parts will have to be fit to your car. A six pack helps. It does fit.

I gave them away, I don't advertise what is inside. This one will just be supercharged
