all of them have made mistakes. At least Ed's error was small in the mis naming of the engine.
Some make major mistakes like spending a lot of money on cars like the Vega and a Wankle engine for the Chevy Monza that got poor MPG and would not pass emissions after millions were spent.
Ed Cole did many good things but he also had his misakes too like noted above.
It takes Engneers and Accountants to both run a company together as seldom neither can do it all alone. Ed is a MBA not an engineer.
To be fair to Ed this video was from August of 2008 Ed had only been made the head of Chevy for less than a month. Prior he was with Saab. Most manager have more important things than commiting spec sheets to memory on a just release vehicle when they are presetly working on thing 3-5 years ahead. This project was old news and done before he arrived.
