have been looking around, checking out different dealers, with GM supplier and the current $1000 rebate, it is just a tad over $2K off sticker. It seems with or without supplier, that is the most I can get off MSRP!!! ($2K)
Can I do better, or is this it? thanks for any info.......Tom

I got a fully loaded 2LT that had 24,500 as the sticker price.
I went through Costco and I got it down to 19,000 and some change... My advice is to fins a vehicle you like and get the vin. Email a few dealers and see what they can do for you knowing that you want that particular HHR.

GM Employee discount only took $2,000 off my 1LT. I say if you can get it for under $20,000, and it's fully- or nearly fully-loaded, go for it. The first SS to show up in our area had a dealer mark-up of $2,500 on it (marked as "limited availability, high demand"). But, then again, they had a $5,000 mark-up (using the same wording) on new Malibus.

Pick up my Victory Red loaded HHR/SS for $7600.00 on trade of HHR 2007 1LT....Didn't feel that was to bad.....but of course that didn't include tax and lic. transfer........I'm satisified.....Regards, Wolfie
