Hhr ss 2010
Read a lot of complaints about the HHR SS. Bought my 2010 new, traded a 2007 Trailblazer SS w/ 100,000 miles. Have been very satisfied. Only warranty issue was the ignition sw. 60,000 miles on brake pads & Michelin tires. Replaced pads only f & r. With no issues. Also have an Audi 3.2 V6 A4. Actually prefer the seating position in the HHR for extended trips.
I have experience in SCCA racing cars, Formula, Sedan & Sports Racers so know my way around a car. This car has performed by well for an econ-o-box based vehicle. Now have 100,000 miles. Regular oil changes w/synthetic & changed spark plugs at 90,000 miles. Still averages 30+ mpg on premium.
Have to say, by satisfied with the car!

there's something to be said for having something *different* than the norm, being able to auto-start it in the cold winter, get in and drive anywhere, safely, with enough power to crack a smile, and 30+ MPG...comfortably. And be able to fit a lot more cargo/luggage than a station wagon.
best of ALL worlds.
