im looking to get an 09 hhr ss i have a 08 hhr ls im haveing trubble finding an 09 ss and i dont know if i should get an stick or an auto i want the 260 hp that the stick provides but i never drove a stick so im thinking auto but then i loose 25 hp i dont know what to get any ideas?

Sleeper, that ain't right ! You can add Stg1 to your automatic and get 290 or so.It works just fine There have been a few 09's listed here on the forum some on both coasts lately By the way

If you are not a stick driver get the turbo upgrade kit and the auto. You will get the max warranty covered power just as the stick does with the same kit.
Note if you have not driven a stick before odds are good you could have clutch issues. Many people who are learning can be hard on a clutch. Todays clutches can be less forgiving and cost $800 plus to replace in fwd. 3
Note too that odds are you will see only 21-23 PSI max in most parts of the country with the upgrade no matter the tranny.
