HHR SS custom Intake manifold?

Ok folks here it is: I have been talking to D3 Performance Engineering about making a Custom Intake manifold for the SS's and they need to have some reassurance that it would be a good thing to make. So let me see some interest here so I can show them there are people interested in these....Here's the link to see there custom stuff. This is the same company who made my stuff. http://s84.photobucket.com/user/gcsd...?sort=6&page=1

Who's that......Ha Ha ...I installed a TTR manifold on a 5 speed, barely squeezed it in. I don't think it will fit the autos. I could be a buyer for one that fits.........

How's about some more details.
Such as: A custom intake for what? Looks. Performance.

Just saying a "custom intake" is a very vague way to describe it. Custom parts are usually made with a specific purpose in mind.

Wow. Sorry. Didn't mean to upset you.
I read the fact that it's for the SS. The "for what" comment was just as stated. For looks, for performance.
Like I said before. Custom Intake is vague. What is this intake intended for? High rpm airflow. Low rpm torque. Are you talking a direct bolt in or one that needs slight mods. Streetable. Raceable. Emission compliant.
Just trying to get a few details to see if I might be interested. If there aren't any specs or details, then sorry. Not interested at this time since I don't know what the intake is intended for.

I think that boat has sailed.
Not much gains to be had.
Really mixed reviews on the Balt forum.

X2

Would also like to know details. I know one thing for sure, there is no way I would spend 700$ for one! Maybe half of that. Extra fuel injector bungs should also be considered...
