These dealers don't know jack about this car. You'd think they would take a little pride in their work and research it. One guy told me it was only going to be available with a manual trans. Uh, no genius they offer it in an auto too. Morons!

That's what get me about car salesmen (women)....they don't know squat about the product they are selling. If I was a car saleman I would know everything there is to know about my products.

There are very few salespeople with the enthusiasm to study up on the product even though GM training has provided a really cool new product web based course on the SS. I've had to educate our sales staff.

My silver/graphite SS is being built the week of February 4. This will be my third HHR since the inception of the vehicle.

So there are two versions, version 1 and version 3... what happened to version 2, and what are the difference between the versions?

Welcome to the site, BTW! I love the screen name, wildman!

There is only "1ss"

The dealer made a mistake because Trailblazers are available in "1ss" (equivelent to an LS trim) and "3ss" (equivelent to an LTZ) there is no "2ss" because there is no equivelent to an LT

And I am stating his dealer is dumb because they got the TBSS and HHR SS confused. I know people that are on the HHR SS team, there is NO 3ss. Being the owner of a TBSS, and the hopefully future owner of an HHR SS I talk to my inside people as much as possible.

I would also be interested in a ss with aa5 blank. I would think you should know exactly what the car you are ordering should have on it for options without waiting 6 or 8 weeks

I have told them about the aa5, they said something about "the sportiness of the vehicle" limiting them on the aa5, people already complain about vision, aa5 would make it worse.

The exception on the Panel SS is bpeople are buying it for a purpose and it just happens to be fast.

I don't agree, but at least the attitude @ GM is improving.
