This wasnt street racing riiiiiight? :P And yea, I dont wanna say Our cars are fast/slow, but for the body style, and so forth, these are really fun cars. Love to see folks who dont know about the turbo, act like they are slow. I wanna see how the New Sho will do against mines...

Street racing? I too have experienced unscheduled acceleration exceeding nearby PTs but not exceeding posted limits. Seems to happen with a lot of other cars too. I guess everyone is driving slower than before I got my SS.

I think I really just caught him off guard...lol While he was busy yapping at me like a little dog I was hitting my Comp mode button.. so when that light turned green.. my foot was to the floor and i was goneeeeeeeeeeeeee...he just never had time to react. I think it's funny how the people who have the PTs think they need to show us up or something..Is it our fault that are HHR's SS just look and feel and drive better than their ride...:)

It's basically a detuned SRT4 with a different intake manifold. It would never make the same amount of power as an SRT4 would.
