Jack Points for an SS

I use a standard floor jack on the "frame rails" near the front where they are reinforced, and in the middle of the axle at the rear.

Ok RBodeman- just measured from my 08 2LT

FRONT: fender edge to jacking point arrow is 7-1/4 inches away..

REAR: fender edge to jacking point arrow is 3 inches away..

This is certainly not the best situation for someone who gets a flat especially while on the road, in the rain, in the dark. They sure didn't make it easy on us SS owners. Not to mention if you get a flat in the front and have to move the rear to the front before installing the spare in the rear. Maybe I should just get a can of fix-a-flat.

Yea, but 'fix-a-flat' will screw up the TPM sensors in the wheels..

can Anyone take pictures of the locations on the LS i've looked and cannot find anything that looks safe to jack up on...
