Just sayin' hi

Hello,

My name is Rodney. I am new to the fourm. I am not yet a legal HHR owner. We are trying to buy a SS but still have not come to a deal yet. We was close on Sat. The dealer showed us a number then took it back. I think that is some sales BS they pull. Anyway I joined the fourm to learn all I could about the car. This will be my wife's new ride. We are trading in her 99 GT Mustang. We need something better on gas but still fun to drive. I am a motor head all the way back. My dad had a bodyshop so there was always cool cars around. My dad use to own a 427 Camaro and two of my uncles had the SS 396 Camaros. There was GT Mustangs, GTO's, Cuda's, W-30's and on that was around the shop. We did alot of custom paint.

So I am realy excited to get a HHR SS.

Hopefully a 2008 HHR SS Sunburst w/auto
or maybe a Flash Blue w/auto

Welcome and wow! There is some way-back stuff.

This is a test, who knows what a W-30 is, I had one way back in high school?

Bingo... I had a 1968 model. The W30 RPO offer air induction through scoops just under the front bumper. In the fall, my air cleaner would fill up with leaves.
