I could give you a ride in mine but it's in winter storage right now. If you can wait a few weeks...... Mine is a stage 1 auto. The difference was amazing after the stage kit. Don't think you can go wrong with either. How much is that one in Iowa? I bought mine brand new last year for just under $20K.

True...its only available from the dealer but you can add it to the 5spd. I had one added and had a safety switch put in so that if i left it in gear it wouldnt start so every time i park i put the ebrake on and put it in neutral.

Get the manual..I love having the ability to downshift whenever I want. Also, $19,000.00 seems a bit high to me. I paid $21,600.00 for a brand new 2010 HHR SS 5spd with perf package. Be patient!
