I'm not sure how many are here in the Bay area [Nor-cal], but the SS is a real novelity. Now that I've got it lowered and the wheels on, it really throws people for a curve. I can tell people some are trying to figure out what it is.
When I'm stopped, I have people comning over to look at it, and ask "What is it?" and a few even taking pics. with their cell phones.
Lowering and especially the wheels change, really changed the looks of the SS. Couple more mods, and I think It's done. I'm really liking the looks of it now. Just what I'd pictured before I started modding. "Moon"

That's the question I get all the time.... "What is that?" It is a rare pleasure to see another one coming down the road... they look so aggressive from the front, especially with Auto Lights Off, Fog lights on, and the Sunroof tilted open. I just still wish it had a V8 sound with a HUGE cam.. ya know the kind that sounds like its gonna stall at any moment.

Yeah, thinking about getting a sticker made up for the dash that says:
'Women should remove their underwear, to keep from getting uncontrolably wet, when turbo in in full boost.' "Moon"

Thanks. Wanted a little someting different than the average Bear. Saw these rims, and said "Here comes different". They definately draw a lot of attention, and the price was right. $400.00 for all four shipped, to my door. Mounted up, I have no balance or runout problems.
For that price, if I get tired of them, I can change to another style for $400.00. "Moon"

Moon - what is the bolt circle on those wheels? I'm seriously considering ordering a set similar to yours but not sure about the specs. Thanks. Your ride is %#$&ing sweet...
