My week-end projects.

I got a couple things done this week-end that I had been wanting to do for a while.
First off got the wheels painted flat black, and will be putting the new rubber on this week, by the way the SS wheels are pretty lite I was surprised 22.5lbs

and here is my hot side IC piping.

Cool! Can't wait to see what the flat black wheels look like on the Victory Red! I'll bet they will be very sharp!

Did you do anything special to prep to get the paint to adhere better? Are you doing anything different with the center caps?

I think those tires will look awesome on there also. Hope your happy with the grip and treadwear. Let us know your findings!

Taped off were I didnt want paint...hardest part, then we scuffed the area to be painted with a red scotch brite pad, then painted used the single stage dupli-color wheel paint it looks really good in person we will see how they hold up to tire install monday. Also I just painted the center caps may paint the bow-ties red later.
