New Speaker

Hey everyone,
I had a 10 w/ an amp put in the back of my SS this weekend. REALLY helps the overall sound of the stereo. I have the upgraded system but still felt the bass was lacking. I'm still looking for mud flaps that will fit the SS and am looking into the rear scuff plate. Ron on the forum told me that the standard HHR scuff plate will fit the SS. Anyway, just wanted to share.

Where did you buy your mud flaps? (and how much?). How do you trim/install, etc.? Thanks

They are the Factory GM accessory molded mudflaps.......I think I paid 65.
Fitting is trial and error........The 3 screw holes are in the right place The bumper fascias are different so you need a razor knife and patience.....

Twistedamd,
No. They installed an amp and an Alpine 10 in a sealed box. I listen to rock/metal/blues,etc. NO RAP! and this is perfect for my stereo. The box sits behind the seats on velcro. So far, so good! I do like to corner tho!. The amp is mounted to the left back seat. I was kind of skeptical of this when the guy told me but it looks good there and is as out of the way as it can be.
Everything factory is still hooked up. I think they just tapped into the factory amp to get the signal.
