Every Service advisor, Parts consultant, Service and Parts Manager is required to take a class on the GM Oil Life System. GM requires their dealerships to be up to speed with all the tests and schooling to be compliant with their franchise agreement.
But they aren't required to listen in class... at least this has been my experience with recent service visits :censored:
