Hurst, thanks for the heads up. I am hoping that pertains to future vehicles in development. That will squash any hope of a Stage 2 kit coming out with factory support. As of this afternoon, my order had moved another code from last week and is at 3400 (last code before production is complete.) It's slated to be built next week. After all this time, I'm not giving up with another 2 weeks to go before possible delivery.

On the 9th I asked my dealer to prepare to search for one without the UAF if it was delayed again. I too have reached the last straw, I like the car too much to look for a different model. Otherwise I would keep my current hatchback which carries a fair amount and gives me 32-33 mpg in mixed driving.

Just spoke with my dealer, said my build date was still 3-16 no change at this time so I've got to believe the windows are being built before panels, hope 0-60 still available next month or the dealer will have an extra HHR

 

I wouldn't worry too much about any incentives going away in the near term...the new vehicle market will be in the toilet for some time to come.
