I've had XXL on one car or another for 20 years... just relo'd to CA and somebody already has it. A friend suggested I hunt down the owner and steal the plates. I'd consider it if the plates were on, say, a Viper... and I took the whole car. So, it looks like I've got to come up with something else . For the time being, I'm still waiting on the standard issue plates from the state. Not sure how long it usually takes in CA, but I've had the car for almost a month... seems like I'd have had my regular plates by now.

Surprised you don't have them yet! I got Blackie's within 2 weeks...

Still can't decide what to put on the plates yet--too many options!
Where in the great state of CA do you live?

@ngelita...OC born and raised!

Just visited the CA DMV site and tried to play on the original XXL a little,

but this one is taken too. Rats... but I expected it over just plain XXL...
