Oh plz,, all they do for inspection is, check the lites, the gas cap,a quick look under the hood, drive it around the block,,wham bam, thank you mam.
I took my old suburban in last year with brake cylinder leaking fluid on their drive way, rotted exhaust tail pipe,,and got my sticker.

took it to my local paint and body shop. the tails and markers are painted. also my bowties.

Many people use VHT and do it themselves. also incase you need to same some $$$.
