Spent the day detailing my new ride and thought I would post a few pictures on here.

I like it. Is that the same blue they use on the non SS HHRs? I saw a blue on on an non SS one and it looked more purple.

 

Thank you. Love the pics of your SS as well. Cool composition and the black looks sweet. A photographer friend of mine wants to take pictures of my car at some point. I think I'll let him. :) I think you can get the Blue Flash Metallic on the non-SS model HHR's. Mine really does have some purple in it if the light catches it just right. It really does not show up well in the pictures. I do really like this color, it looks different depending on ambient light and time of day.

looks good. just need to drop the front plate bracket. i still havent got my plates from the dealers yet, i intend on guarding my front bumper when i go back to get the plate put on.

 

As am I. If they drill my front bumper, they buy me a new bumper or take the car back.

 

Gosh do I love that color! Just Gorgeous--you're right, you have to see it up close to really notice what a unique color it is.

My nephew (who works for the dealer I got my HHR from) said they will soon have it on other non-HHR cars as well!

The dealer where I bought my HHR had a used blue SS that looked just like yours sitting on his lot. Auto transmission though.

I'm sorta kicking myself that I didn't test drive an SS when I bought my 2LT. Just to try one out.
