You have to cut the tab off the bottom Tmap 3 bar sensor. It won't mount flush in the stock intercooler piping with the tab left on. (Ask my GMTU installer at the dealership. Yeah, he found out the hard way when he skipped that step )
Not sure if the tab needs trimming with aftermarket piping.

Randy. If you need it, I can scan the instructions and post them up in the morning.

Here's a link to the installation instructions. Figure #10 shows the tab to remove and tells why this needs to be done.

You know what gets me ?
People that did or are doing this install don't see this obvious problem.
Logic only tells you to remove the plastic post so the sensor fits flat and not crooked.

Thanks George. I now see ZZP didn't send everything on the part list. I got 2 sensors, 2 plug and play connectors, 2 O-rings, and 2 smaller, unneeded O-rings.

Spare o-rings are good! Just realize that they do dry out , in the spare parts drawer of your tool box.

So use a plastic bag and the small desiccant bags you find in pill bottles or put them in a bag put them in the refrigerator.
Can get more into it, but that's another thread.
