Remaining '08's are getting scarce. I'm still looking. If you're in the midwest, preferably Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri, Michigan... if you know of a Chevy dealer in your area that has some remaining 2008's SS's please post dealer name and city.

There are a quite a few dealers here in Ohio with on or two in stock.

Most are red or black and just have black interiors. Many are 5 speeds.

I know of one Imperial Blue 08 in Beloit Ohio with 5,000 miles.

If you want a Ebony and red interior with a Auto it is a tough find.

 

Lone Ranger. i did a search on Chevy's website. Build an SS then search your vehicle with your zipcode. It will give you a good number of SS's out there.

 

hyperV6, I found the Imperial Blue Metallic SS in Beloit. Looks sweet. Way sweet. I sent an inquiry with their online Ask a Question form to see if it has the RPO G85 Limited Slip Differential. I looked at the free carfax on it and it has to be a GM Exec corporate car, given the original registration info up in Michigan. If it has G85, it might be a go but only if they're willing to deal on it. Is this the one you said it had been on eBay twice already w/o selling?

turbotech, I had been trying the Find a Chevy function on the Chevy site without going through the build screens first and it would only allow choice of LS or LT, but you're right-- when I went through the build pages for an SS it then let me search for available SS's in inventory.

there was a red used one in monticello, in. hubbard gm by indiana beach, saw it on ebay, saw it when i was at indiana beach sitting right out front.
