does anyone know if SS's are already "pre-wired" to the rear to add the factory Pioneer subwoofer?

 

Not one hundred percent sure , but maybe pop off the little door back on the driver's side and see if you can see a harness

 

the SS didnt come standard with the sub?

 

All the ss I've personally seen have the pioneer sub on the left side, but I read on here of a couple that didn't. But in hhrs without a sub the wires were not there.

 

If I remember correctly, I think the Premium sound w/sub was optional the 1st year in 08. I do know that the 2010 SS's all came with the Premium system with the sub.

Since they were all pre-wired for the A pillar boost gauge(RPD equipped SS's didn't have that gauge) then just maybe the SS wiring harness does have the pre-wiring for the sub also.
