Update

Sorry I didnt post the codes in my OP, there were too many. Whole thing went haywire, had the guys that worked on it take a look and they found that the problem was the ECM. They cleared all codes cleaned everything out and its ran fine for the last week, no issues whatsoever. When they showed me pics of my ECM and connector it was covered in some green sludge and looked like there was some corrosion. One of the terminals is completely gone and thats whay I still have a hard code that when cleared keeps coming back (P0449). I'll try and post some pics.

Corrosion on the terminals indicates an underlying problem, like a short to ground somewhere.
