Sorry to hear about this. Hope the drunk driver gets the book thrown at him, but in this country I doubt it. Lousy lenient judges.

Thanks guys!! Insurance claim and payment should be no problem since the car was just sitting and hit, that I m not too concerned with, however I need a car quickly for work?? I loved the SS but sometimes things happen for a reason! I just dont know.

holy crap man. i feel very sorry for you and your loss. the 09 SS shouldn't be too far off, do you have any family or friends with spare cars you could borrow til they start showing up? or, you could get the Cobalt, even faster and better handling, just not the cool retro vibe, or as much space. i hope you get things taken care of soon.

Im going to the salvage yard tom. to see the SS in the light, but I think I will have to just walk away from this one. The biggest pi$$er is I just bought a Hahn tuner about a month ago!!!!
