Is this a race to see who can get the most miles? I thought that most people wanted to keep mileage off their vehicles?

Yes and no.

I work from home but I have lots of 300 and 400 mile round trips to my accounts... yeah that stinks but my employer pays me $.55 a mile. If you look at it like this, $30 in fuel to drive 450 mile thats only about 45 tanks of gas or $1350 spent in fuel to drive. When you subtract oil and tires, this car will pay for itself.

Picked my car up June 08 and I am now close to 24,000 miles. It will be around 30,000 at a year. G.B.
