You could use one from the door they are on EBay

 

I would try a GM dealer, or eBay.

Opel is GM.

 

Yeah, but Opel dealers might not have easy access to US-only (originally) car parts. (US dealers have trouble getting Opel parts). If they order them from the US, you will PAY. I would prefer eBay, myself. See for yourself.

 

I suspect getting any SS logo may be a problem in Germany.

This is a rear hatch SS emblem I use on my grille. The door SS emblems are bigger and look too large on the grille.
The part number for the small emblem is: GM #10336980
