SS with black wheels?
I thought I saw a pic of a red SS with black wheels somewhere in the forums the other day. Anyone know where I may have seen it?

Not sure but mine will have black wheels soon, whenever I get my cobalt ss/sc wheels from slvr fox I will be stripping them and painting them black with HHR SS on the tines.

Are you sure it was an SS?
Found an AA5 VR w/ Black rims, it belongs to lyntmr61. Here's a pic of it from Todd/Uma's gallery..........

I am considering doing the same thing and wanted to get a second look at it.

Possibly have the stock SS wheels spokes powder coated black. Opinions?

Good idea to me I will be doing the same thing to the stockers if the Cobalt SS/SC rims look good.

Looking at the way the spokes meet the wheels, I'm afraid it may be difficult to make it look right.

Needs chrome around the edges but the spokes would screw that up.
