The SS is gone

Just wanted to pop on one more time to say goodbye. Traded the SS on a 2009 Solstice GXP. Got tired of taking to the dealer for all of the driveability issues. I appreciate all of the info and help I have received over the past couple of years. Bob

Sorry to hear, hope you don't have any issues with the GXP because it's the same drivetrain.

That was my thought too. Odds are he will be fine as most 2.0 Turbo's are fine. Most often it is the dealer or tech that just does not know what to do. I would find another dealer to work on the Solstice. Too often the car get the blaime for a tech that does not know how to fix it.

The only differance between a good 2.0 and a bad 2.0 is the dealer tech that is working on it not the car it's in.

I love the Solstice I would have gotten one but we already have one 2 seater.
I think you will love the car.

You will love the Solstice, I had mine for 3 years. Hated to get rid of it.

i liked the look of the Saturn Sky and still do but I've NEVER seen one without a chic driving it. I personally didn't want that image attached to me

I like the rounded, softer look of the Soltice to the Sky. Enjoy it.

There are plenty of guys with the Solstice and Sky. Exspecially the GXP and Redline models.

I saw a sweet Coupe the other day. Too bad there are so few.

I'd go for a Solstice if I didn't need the cargo space for my leisure activities. But if I was in the market for a sports car, I certainly wouldn't own an HHR SS either. Each has its purpose.

I love the Solstice/Sky but I don't fit. The top of the windshield is in direct line with my eyes. Dang.
