TIP: Use the splice sleeves included in the kit and use the proper crimping tool from the J-38125 terminal repair kit.

I did the upgrade on my SS automatic and would never look back. It makes such a big difference, it's really amazing. I wanted a stick but got the auto so my wife could drive it. It now accelerates like the stick did and you have to hold on! Worth every penny!

If you race a rice rocket Civic with a coffee can tailpipe, and the driver's jaw drops as your sleeper blows his doors off, then the turbo works.

Just remember we all can tell you what we know or feel. It is time for you to judge for yourself.

It only matters what you feel and think.

One thing no one's mentioned yet: Bring your checkbook to the test drive as you'll not want anyone else to grab that SS before you "decide". I pulled mine right off the dealer's showroom floor for an initial test drive and haven't looked back. It's a great car/truck ("cruck" as the wife calls it) in stock form; really great w/ the GM turbo upgrade (aka Stage Kit) added, and just plain lots of fun with mods beyond that. In other words it'll satisfy whatever horsepower cravings you have in any form.

Later
