Superchips Cortex Results on my SS Auto

I have the superchips cortex and have installed the 91 octane program.
I took the car to Musclepalooza X at Raceway Park and ran a best of
14.24 with my 2008 HHR SS Auto.

Thanks Superchips
Now just get me a 93 Octane Program
and one for Race Gas.

Did not get a time stock but from what i have seen on forums
Anywhere from 14.8 to 15.3 is what a Stock Auto runs.
If I could get better traction I would probably run closer to the 13's.
With no other mods except the Superchips Flash.

Nice time for an auto :)

I've got a 5-speed and I get about 20 psi with the SuperChips tune, which is a bit lower than some people have reported but I only got about 16 psi before the tune. I'm right at sea level which lowers the boost a bit.

I haven't been to the track (there's no 1/4 mile track anywhere nearby) but I just about kept up with a BMW 335i from a slow roll to 100 mph. He was maybe one and half car lengths ahead at the end. He would have been further ahead from a dig, but still... 2.0L turbo vs 3.0L turbo, I'm happy

make that "2.0L turbo vs 3.0L twin-turbo..." not bad at all!

I will scan in the timeslip as soon as I can
With a good launch and traction I feel it can run
2-3 tenths faster it pulled all the way down the track.
Boost peaked at around 21 PSI.
I manually shifted.

My trick is Put it in L shift to I and once it upshifts throw it back to L
by doing that it holds 2nd wind out 2nd and shift to I which will hold
3rd. You can do up to 70 MPH in L by doing this.

Next time you are doing less than 70 throw it down to L and see
how it pulls
