RWD-and doors that didn't rot at the bottom after one winter.

Six speed auto, bigger brake pads and better hot/cold piping. Overall for what you get at the price, it's a pretty impressive car. I'm really, really glad they didn't include the Stage 1. I still can't believe our 131 ci is pushing 260. GM held back for a reason.

Stronger, more reliable.

Mine has been in for major repairs three times and each time Chevrolet came through, but out of 3 - 500 mile trips I've taken in this car, 2 times it's gone down.

It's a strange thing, I dig driving the car, love it's utility and semi sport feeling, but it just doesn't seem that well put together.

Even though I just traded in my SS last weekend, I still want to put my 2 cents in:
1. AWD
2. Heated LEATHER seats.....
3. A nicer interior instead of all that junk plastic
4. Better tech options....and a better Bluetooth and USB system
5. Not a $26,000 -$29,000 price tag.......this car is a $21-23,000 car at best. Fast,yes.....but still an HHR....
6. Stronger automatic tranny
7. Dual Exhaust
Thats all I can think of for now.

Almost forgot; thicker exterior metal. Now I'm just being picky.

We need to keep in mind the wants vs price. Some of what I read here would have made an HHR $30K-40K.

Also things like sheet metal thickness are industry standard now. They all are thing and may get even thinner but made of Boron steel.

I added what I want, I am happy as a clam with my SS, with a tune it still impresses me with the screaming performance. Guss I'm just a SSfan.
