Can you identify them?

The one circled in green is a loose/open rubber line. With the car running at idle, I didn't feel any vacuum on it, but that's not much of a test. If you know what it is for, where does it go????

The one circled in red looks like a banjo bolt tied into the water neck, but why does it have that tower on it? What does that do???

I think Brad has it. I know the red one's location is used to mount the GMPP intake on non-SS models.
