Maybe they priced it that way because it is a rear wheel drive. Or because they can't sell it. It's been on their lot since January 2008.

Somethings not right, they have a bid for 19K and it doesn't meet the reserve, but $19,200 "buys it now"? Maybe I am just not eBay savvy, but that doesn't make sense to me.

Odds are the reserve is $19,200.

Year old, base model SS ... no real options on this thing. No sport seat, no upgraded sound system, no roof rails, no no no ...

All-in-all, the price doesn't surprise me much. It's only discounted, what, $3000? I thought the base price of an '08 SS was in the $22K range.

You are correct, base price (MSRP) was $22,375 without any options

Yeah, that all makes sense. There's another one of a couple hundred less.

It doesn't even mention that it has a turbocharged engine.

i saw that ss on ebay too. i called the dealership and ask for more info. from what the salesperson told me was that it didnt come xm radio, subwoofer package, on-star, and 6 disk cd changer. but it did came w/manual, lsd and roof rack. it looks like just your ordinary hhr ss w/out all the goodie stuff.
