The Woodward Dream Cruise of course, and the announcement of the HHR SS!

I thought I'd be the proud owner of one by now but not yet...
Hopefully in '09!

What, no one remembers "Maximum Bob" Lutz with his little new baby?

And.... Still no yellow??

Your campaign has failed thus far. Too bad, as it would really look good!

BTW, take a closer look at that guy on the left in the blue shirt. Sure looks like Richard Childress!

yeah I sent Lutz several emails almost begging him to offer the SS in yellow. But as mentioned before, they never will since the HHR shares paint lines with more conservative vehicles (including Saturn Vue, a Cadillac, a Saab and a Chevy) that will never be sold in the yellow color... too bad!

I'm toying with the idea of yellow calipers.

To go for that ketchup and mustard look.

You know, I was completely oblivious to the HHR SS until about late Jan. of 08. I never even heard about the intro at the Woodward Dream cruise till after I started looking at them. I know, I was living under a rock...

Seriously, I don't think GM did a good enough marketing job on this one though, as it seems like hardly anyone I talk to knows of them til they see mine! That's OK, I like the new guy on the block curb appeal!

Sometimes it can get annoying having to explain the SS over and over again to everyone. But on the other hand, I'd rather have that than a Camaccordtima.
