while i am waiting for my SS panel to be built, i want to fabricate a custom mesh grill for it. i want modify the LS grill as a starting point. does any know if this grill will fit the SS model? i can't see why it wouldn't, but maybe someone knows for sure.

seeing as the ss grille is too long for an ls or lt, it's my guess that the ls or lt grille will be too short for an ss,...

 

do you mean the hoods are different?

 

I dont think so I believe it is the bumper and grille that work out different, I know that to put on an ss grille you have to notch out the bumper on an lt or ls, so it's just a guess.

 

i get it now. thanks for the information. i will have to order the SS grill frame from the dealer. i want to remove the bowtie and fabricate aluminum mesh grill inserts.
