2007 front wheel cover reattach

There is a foam piece in the center that I can't figure exactly the position where it went when I took it off. It is like a puzzle piece for some reason I can't figure it out!

Welcome to the site, the rounded side goes towards the outer fender, there is a push pin that holds it in place.
