That fuse is a 10 amp, But is the horn the only thing on that circuit ?

 

From the wiring chart I have, the horn is the only thing on the circuit.

Good morning. Been gone for a spell I installed the Wold Bad Boy. It fit in the orginal space just fine. works good, sounds great!

 

I installed my Auooga horn a few months ago, but it sounded like a strangled goose. I thought that maybe I reversed the wires so I took it all apart and switched the wires again- same goose. Dang... I'll probably go with a Big Boy horn later. BTW, I installed my horn using a hole on the bracket that the wheel well attaches to, it wouldn't fit forward due to the fog lights.

You may wanna test that horn on a separate battery, just to rule out a bad horn or not..

How was your ground ?

I'm not into the aoooga horns, but installed triple caddy horns years ago & they work fine.

 

The way folks are in this city, I'll be going for the same ridonkulously loud Stebel Nautilus (ear blaster) that I have on the bike... it makes texting drivers soil their pants. By adding a relay and feed for that horn seperately, I can run both the Ear Blaster and the stocker at one time... in excess of 130dB SPL. That'll get yer attention.
