black, any black leather could work for me, upgrading my nasty feeling gummy worn plastic one. I have leather on 2 of our hhr’s and it’s so much better.

 

I hear you, I swapped to leather a few years ago, great upgrade. I’ll keep my eyes open for one.

There are 11 HHR at the LKQ junkyard in Wichita. Dont know how far that is from you but you can browse their inventory with pictures inside and out. You pay like $3 to get in and extra $2 for Primo lot. Then you pull the part yourself. Very easy. I pulled a leather last week and it was $27 but they wanted to charge me for the radio buttons. So I took them off.

Put in HHR in the top Search for Vehicle.

I just upgraded my SS with a fresh leather NOS wheel. I had to take some parts off my old wheel (like the radio controls and the small internal wiring harness) but the conversion was easy and it looks great.

Best of all it feels great. Here is the Ebay link to the seller I bought it from. Wheel was in perfect condition. Very happy.

There is another seller on Ebay selling them with full controls for about $160 but the leather has some ares of damage. He is way overpriced.
