Pretty sure the ls/lt rear springs are the same regardless of suspension, and the struts are what changed with the FE3 package, right?

Right, the shocks and bushings are firmer in the FE3 Suspension, the springs are the same as the FE1 Suspension.
No if these are to be used to replace a broken spring or springs on the back end of your HHR the are direct fit. Perfect to refresh that sagging rear end on a decade old set of springs.

I think the springs still have the original tag on them and as I recall it was not the same part number shown on the GM site for replacement.
I will try get it and post as soon as I can. Everything was Totally Stock when I purchased the car. Glove box RPO shows FE3.
Also as I recall the GM parts diagram shows the same part number for the LS/1LT/2LT for replacement.
P.S. the upper Jouncer Bumper Isolator is not available on it's own. You would have to order the complete new part to get it.
UPDATE: Spring part number is #20993734 which I think was superseded.
