Im not familiar with differences between the stock bar and the SS, is it much larger/thicker material ?
is it a straight bolt on replacement ?
how much does it weigh ?
sorry for the questions, Im new to the HHR scene

HHR's did not have a rear sway bar from the factory. Any rear bar will be an aftermarket. Yes, they are a bolt on, but you have to add the bolts.
There is a factory "bar" inside the rear axle housing. It's just not a true sway bar.
This pic shows both. The factory bar is black color.

Did the SS have a short throw shifter?
