so if thats true the same should be for the lt or ls now i will chk as i have both wrecked ones auto and 5 spd not seen that before but i may be wrong , ?????

All I know for sure is some have the bung on the manifold and at least one of those is a 5 speed.

Maybe that's why some are listed as does not fit certain years?

I could be wrong but I think only the SS 5 speed engine is set back. My belief is it had to be done for the F35, MU3 5 speed that was in the SS only. I seem to recall it had to be done that way because of the axle angle difference (or something) that was different with the F35.

i don't think the cattle mounts are different if u think how many things would be off if the theory is true and i have taking 5spd motor and trans and changed them around with automatics with out probs so i still don't see it maybe just a parts number thing and were the bung is thats all ,,,, but i will keep looking

I am still passively looking. Would love to do it, if you were local. Just dont wanna add more expenses by shipping mine. I am sure, it will be expensive.
