That's a crappy situation... I'm sorry to hear that. Keto's legit for weight loss though, and it seems to have helped with my knee pain, so hopefully that'll be a start in the right direction.

You can only store so many PM's. Delete some of the old ones you don't need to keep. That should free up your storage problem.

 

And delete the sent PM’s unless you need them.

Glucosamine has worked wonders for my knees. I buy it at Kroger. Store brand. No prescription. I used to be a runner. Dozens of 10K races, etc. I have stopped that because of my knees. I just take Glucosamine during bad periods and it goes away. You may well be past that point, but I thought I'd toss this idea out. It helps rebuild your cartilage. It works in days for me.
