Glucosamine has worked wonders for my knees. I buy it at Kroger. Store brand. No prescription. I used to be a runner. Dozens of 10K races, etc. I have stopped that because of my knees. I just take Glucosamine during bad periods and it goes away. You may well be past that point, but I thought I'd toss this idea out. It helps rebuild your cartilage. It works in days for me.

i get it but 2 mri show bone on bone bad , and i can barley walk 24 hr pain i told them today get it approved or I'm gone cut it off my shelf as i know that pain will go away this pain won't ,,, wish me well

spacer i have a 011 with low miles was towed so i don't think they used the sunroof much lmk 55. plus what ever s/h is too u thanks
