Is the whole mirror damaged or just the cover ?

the whole mirror basically ill try to post a pic but i have no glass as it broke as well as the housing around the glass also the red cover is gone

they didn’t come painted from the factory

Apparently you are correct, firemangeorge’s SS has painted outside mirrors.


However if you order a replacement mirror from the dealership, they come in paintable black. So, you would still need to paint it.

thats why i want ti buy a used one so i dont have to go out n paint it
there are some on ebay as well
