Of course, just looking at the RPO label will tell FE1/FE3, 1LT/2LT and using a VIN decoder will tell which engine. Then nobody needs to debate.

2011 HHR build label

Sorry about the 90 degree orientation.
I just noticed, there is an actual 2LT code.
As for the rest of it, any deciphering would be greatly appreciated 😎

I see FE3 suspension and 2LT and LE9 for the 2.4. And Mocha Steel Metallic for the paint colour , some call it Magna Steel Metallic.
P23 indicates chrome plastic glued to aluminium 17” wheels.

very nice !

The most popular grades of gasoline in the Russian Federation (respectively, and common):
AI-92 - octane number 92;
AI-95 - octane number 95;
AI-98 - ...;
AI-100 - ... .
In some places you can still find the AI-80, used for old Soviet-made vehicles.
The price of gasoline is higher, the higher the octane number. The last time I refueled at a price of 49.7 rubles per liter of AI-92 (0.89 USD / 1 liter). AI-95 costs about 52.3 rubles / 1 liter, but I don’t remember exactly. This is Ekaterinburg prices at Lukoil gas stations. Other brands are usually cheaper.
In general, in Mother Russia, prices differ depending on the regions. It is cheaper in the Volga region, more expensive in Yakutia or Chukotka. In Moscow or St. Petersburg the range is wider.
Russian gasoline is made exclusively from oil, I have never heard of alcohol fuel in general sale.
Diesel fuel, of course, is also everywhere. But I take it out of the brackets - HHR it not needed.
Gas filling stations are common, many vehicles run on liquefied gas.

Owners manuals have been available for download on this site for a long time. Donbrew our Tech Moderator even has the link posted in his "signature". Yes, they are in English. I'm sure you have the means to translate them to your language.
I don't really care about the English language of presentation,
but they ask for money for these manuals..
I'm not so interested in these files to pay from 50 to 300 USD.
