Hey everyone! Just thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Brittany and I've been an HHR enthusiast for quite some time. I finally bought an 08' Black LS last weekend and I absolutely love it! I call it my lil' hearse. I love the retro look, so I plan "blacking out" everything on the car and throwing some red pinstriping in there to finish it off. If any of you have any suggestions or how-tos, hit me up! I'm open to ideas.

Nope, that was just me being friendly . I see you want to black out your ride. I suggest either tinting your taillights with nightshades or the more expensive route of IPCW LED Taillights in Bermuda Black.

 

Yeah, that's definitely one of my first steps. I used to have an 04' 350z and I had the tail lights literally tinted by a friend before I knew of that night shade spray, but it didn't look right. A guy here at work has his done with that spray and it looks great. I just gotta find someone to do it for me. I'd hate to mess that up myself. I am planning on spray painting my grille, emblems, and hubcaps flat black myself, which seems fairly easy.
