Hi all. Thinking hard about getting me an SS version. I have been browsing some of the sticky threads and would like to know if Cheby sorted out some of the problems in 08 model with say a 10 model? I am impressed by the performance numbers out of some of the modded cars. I currently own a H/C 2001 Formula Firehawk, #117, a 97 2dr Tahoe that I'll be selling and am in the process of a resto-mod on a 1968 Impala SS that I"ll be outfitting with a 94 LT1 drivetrain.

Might help if you mention the '08 problems that you are concerned about. But across the line, the only problems I can think of were sporadic BUT inconsistent in all years. For example, the disconnection of the turbo piping. Some had the problem, some did not.
