Hello

Good day everyone! As of Feb. 28th I am the proud owner of a Inferno Red 2009 LS. Recently broke 74,000 miles. I have been lurking, subscribing, and learning for the last month. I would just like to thank all the long standing members for sharing their wealth of information and knowledge. I work as an electrical upfitter, and would be greatly interested in connector information of all types. I have searched and searched, but am not finding much on terminal types. I wish I could afford the factory service manual, but the wife's van is in need of some work.

Welcome to the site, which terminals are you interested in?

I'm not sure exactly what you need. The part numbers, the pin outs, etc.?

Pinouts and terminal part numbers would be awesome. I am trying to add fog lights. I would like to use the factory fuse and relay location. Apparently the GM application engineers are wishy washy about adding RPO codes to VINs these days, and want to charge about $200 to flash if it is permitted. I won't be able to use a factory switch.

RPO codes are on the glovebox door. If you want to install fogs the factory way the BCM requires the program just a digital switch not a flash.
It is pretty easy to design a legal fog system with a relay or 2. I still don't know what good a connector pinout would do. The relay and fuse are listed on the fuse box cover and the terminals of fuses are standardized.
Check your PM.

Just an FYI for you. No such thing as "Inferno red" in HHR.
It is either Victory Red (WA9260) or the rare Crystal Claret (WA505Q)
Or if it really dark, It could be the Cardinal Red.

A picture would tell us (it is also printed on your RPO sticker (as Don mentioned above)
