This 2008 HHR is an original delivered for the Benelux by GM, they only send that year 2008 249 HHR's over.
The grey HHR 2006 I have is an USA import car the HHR came over to The Netherlands september 2008.

Interesting. When you import a car to NL, what modifications if any are required? Does it depend upon the age of the car? Once it is compliant in NL, are you free to drive it throughout EU?
