I continue to be surprised as to the new members joining this forum 2+ years since the powers that be discontinued building the HHR. Boneheads!

Back in the Saddle........................Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Thom, I own a 2008 Shadow edition HHR black on black, Ive had it for about 6 months, and I love it. Have already made some changes to personal the car to my liking. black background headlights, blacked out the grille until i get the black chrome grille, painted front calipers and brackets red, will update to drilled rotors when pads are worn out, want to replace rear drums with disc in the near future, reactivated the sirius radio, removed the LT tail gate emblem, replace with the LTZ emblem to through people off.
Wanted to know if there's any monthly meetings, or gatherings I could attend. Look forward to meeting other HHR owners that also share the same
appreciation for these cool cars.

Glad to hear from everyone, but, I find it very unusual that all the responses I've received, that not one is from my own area of southern california. I live in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. just 6 miles north of Ontario Airport, and about 60 miles east of Los Angeles, and 40 miles from Disneyland.
